THE NEW JEWISH FILM PROJECT of the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival is looking for artists 15 to 19 years old to put behind the movie camera. Students will write, direct, shoot and edit a film that will premiere at the San Francisco Jewish Film Festival in July 2004. The Project begins July 17th, 2003 with an intensive week of film-viewing and discussion at the 23rd Annual San Francisco Jewish Film Festival. The program resumes in September 2003 with workshops until April 2004. Participants will also be involved in marketing and exhibiting their film in the Spring and Summer of 2004.
